Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Travelshare (the app and travelshareapp.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Travelshare is invite only. An invite code admits one person and may not be sold or publicly posted.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Trips, notes, photos, and documents you add remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to store them, process them, and display your trips to the friends you choose. Uploaded documents are never shown to other users. You can delete your content at any time, and deleting your account deletes it all.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload other people's identity documents or anything unlawful.

Travelshare uses AI to read the documents you upload and turn them into trip cards, and to suggest trips from calendar events. These summaries can contain mistakes. Always confirm flight times, reservation details, and visa requirements against the original document or provider. Travelshare is an organizer, not a source of travel advice.

• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer the app.
• Do not use automation to create accounts, redeem invites, or upload files.
• Do not harass other users or use the service for anything unlawful.
• We apply fair-use limits (such as file sizes and daily AI processing caps) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You can stop using Travelshare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may also change or discontinue features as the product evolves; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export your information.

Travelshare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI summaries are accurate, or that weather forecasts are correct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (currently zero, as Travelshare is free).

We may update these terms as the service grows. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app; continuing to use Travelshare after changes take effect means you accept them.
