For account, invite, calendar, trip, or document questions, email support@travelshareapp.com. Include the email address on your Travelshare account and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

You can permanently delete your account inside Travelshare: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your trips, documents, uploaded files, connections, invites, and sign-in account.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion.
